embroidery

What is embroidery?

Embroidery has been a popular decoration method for literally thousands  of years, but it was computerized machine embroidery that really  changed the game.

With computerized machine embroidery, you can  essentially just upload your design and let the machine do the work for  you.

The main thing to remember is that embroidery is not printing.  So it requires an entirely different approach to creating a successful  design. Gradients, drop shadows, distressed textures and shading aren't  possible, and you can only use solid colors and shapes in your designs.

Another thing you need to know about machine embroidery is embroidery  file digitization. Before the embroidery process can begin, our graphic  design team needs to convert your file into a format that our embroidery  machines can read. They need to recognize things like stitch type,  stitch density, and thread color.

There is no charge for design creation and  not set up fees!

Turn around time is typically 2 weeks.

Embroidery process

Step 1: Design Creation

We can help create a design or take an existing design, clean it up, and figure out the best way to  embroider it onto polo shirts, hats, towels, or other  apparel.

Step 2: Design Approval

After your design is created our artist will send you an email for approval. A sew out of the design is always done before production to ensure quality.

Step 3: Production

Once the design is approval and a sew out done. The order goes into production.

Step 4: Oder Completion

Once the order is finished it is boxed up and is ready for pick up.
